It's freezing.
When I woke up, it was 7 degrees. Its the middle of the day and its 16 degrees. The wind is vicious and the air is bone chilling. But it’s refreshing when I walk in and out of stores in gangnam, getting some warmth and rest, then going back out in the cold. and I see people so bundled up in their ten layers of coats, leggings, jeans, boots, mittens, and scarves that cover half their face....
